Certificates, commissions, citations, and letters (42 items + 40 photographs) documenting Hill's appointment as State Veterans Service Officer and his long service with the S.C. Department of Veterans Affairs, as well as his association with such organizations as the American Legion, Disabled American Veterans, La Societe des 40 Hommes, Knights Templar, Scottish Rite Masons, and Veterans of Foreign Wars. Among the photographs are images of William Jennings Bryan Dorn, James B. Edward, Earle Morris, Richard Riley, and John C. West, as well as group photographs of some of the aforementioned organizations.
